THE TRICKLE DOWN THEORY OF SORROW
2002, 15 minutes, video.
Situating and incriminating the filmmaker in her culture's web of economic and social injustices, this is an experimental, autobiographical documentary about being both the daughter of a working-class mother, and someone who has become (economically at least) middle-class and a mother herself.

HOW I CAN ENJOY MINE WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ANY
2008, approximate 30-minute work-in-progress.
"With, I suppose, a naive desire that soon turned into an ironic position I began a formal study of mainstream economics. Filmed introductory economics course lectures and interviews with economists reveal the enormous rift between the economic textbook models and my understanding of economic reality." - M.F.
